Arthritis

Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis, it’s a progressive, degenerative condition affecting the smooth cartilage that protects the ends of the bone. This cartilage slowly becomes damaged and worn causing inflammation and pain.

It can effect many areas of the body including hips, fingers, toes and knees. We can use a variety of techniques to reduce the inflammation and pain including massage, mobilisation, ultrasonic therapy, interferential therapy, acupuncture, injection therapy and an at-home on-going treatment plan.
