Proprioception training for runners

Proprioception training for runners

Our April campaign is all about strength training to improve running performance and for the prevention of injuries!

This infographic shows the importance of a specific type of strength training called Proprioception. This type of training helps the nervous system learn about keeping joints in optimal positions and improving balance.

If you are a runner with injuries and you have signed up to do the Manchester 10k or Mersey Tunnel 10k, why not take advantage of our April offer and get £10 off your initial appointment!

We politely inform you that although the government has lifted most covid restrictions, our regulatory bodies advise we must continue with Covid-19 regulations of; – screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
