Our April campaign is all about strength training for runners with a view to both improve performance and prevent injuries!

This infographic provides some straight forward strength training guidelines for runners to follow.

Please note that although most covid restrictions have been lifted, our regulatory bodies advise that we must continue with Covid-19 regulations of; – screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
