Lily Crossman
Lily Crossman
Lily graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Her passion for physiotherapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation was sparked early on, through her own experience of sport and recovering from sports injuries. Seeing first-hand how the right rehabilitation can get someone back to work, back to exercise, and back to enjoying life is what drew her to the profession.
Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Lily worked as a swimming teacher and lifeguard, which gave her a strong grounding in human movement and biomechanics. She enjoys treating the full range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular clinical interest in knee injury rehabilitation.
Growing up in Brighton, Lily competed in cross-country running, athletics and swimming throughout her younger years, and that competitive, active mindset still shapes how she approaches treatment today.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Lily at the gym, out on a run, or spending time with friends and family.
