Mary qualified with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford, and then began her career within the NHS before later moving into private practice. Mary’s passion for physiotherapy began when she underwent rehabilitation herself and realised what a difference Physiotherapists can make to peoples recovery. Her inspiration is driven by her own recovery and she uses her experiences to make an impact on each client. Physiotherapy enables her to use her passion, knowledge and expertise to make sure she has the greatest amount of impact on peoples problems.
Mary has experience from working in multiple areas including major trauma, community care, occupational health and sports physiotherapy. She is passionate about rehabilitation, and getting people active and is a strong advocate for a holistic approach to healthcare. In addition to being a qualified Physiotherapist, Mary is also an NLP practitioner and a life coach.
Outside of work Mary is an avid participant in CrossFit and has been involved with weight training for many years, she is a passionate baker and loves exploring the world.
