If you are a keen skier or snowboarder, you will have missed the slopes during lockdown. With such a long break there is an inevitable loss of fitness and technique. So, we thought we would run our November campaign on avoiding winter sports injuries. We politely inform you that although restrictions have significantly eased, our governing bodies confirm we must continue to follow our Covid-19 regulations. This involves screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
