Our May campaign is all about hamstring injuries!

We are going to provide some very quick tips to prevent hamstring Injuries – Tip 1 is to increase the mobility of the lumbar spine and Yoga is great for doing this, alternatively see a therapist who can prescribe safe exercises for you.

Please note that although covid restrictions are mostly lifted, our regulatory bodies advise we must continue to screen patients, to risk assess providing treatment and the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
