Many people take up or do increased running as a new year resolution, if this is you then we hope it is going well.  Our January campaign is on avoiding running injuries which we think you will find helpful.  This infographic shows some very simple to follow guidelines regarding strength training to help improve running performance and prevent injuries.  If you need help with any injuries affecting your ability to run, then why not get in touch to book an appointment.

Please note although government advice is easing covid restrictions soon, our regulatory bodies state we continue with Covid-19 regulations of; – screening patients for Covid-19 symptoms, screening for categories which exclude hands on treatment, disinfecting clinics and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
